About Us

Alexander & Company is proud to be the premier benefits advisor for public school systems in Georgia and throughout the Southeastern United States. We currently serve 45 public school systems and 5 Regional Education Service Agencies (RESAs) in Georgia alone, with over 50 districts nationwide, ranging from small RESAs to systems with more than 10,000 employees. Regardless of size, every client receives the same high level of service, attention to detail, and strategic guidance.

Since 1995, our sole focus has been helping school systems manage and improve their employee benefit programs. Over the last decade, our growth has accelerated through partnerships with some of the largest districts in the state, including Fulton, Cobb, and Henry Counties. These relationships have sharpened our tools, enhanced our systems, and strengthened our internal processes, benefiting every client we serve.

Successfully supporting large districts requires tested infrastructure, technical expertise in benefit administration, EDI, and payroll integration, as well as a highly trained support team ready to handle peak demand during new hire and open enrollment periods. We’ve built and refined that capacity over many years, and we bring that same depth of experience to every district we serve.

What truly sets us apart, however, is our purpose: to serve and love others exceptionally.
