Meet the Team: Erin Magilton

Erin Magilton joined HUB International as Executive Vice President, Complex Risks. With more than 30 years of experience in insurance and risk management — across both brokerage and industry-diverse corporate risk roles — the common thread throughout Erin’s career is her ability to build and grow businesses through periods of significant transformation.

Known for stepping into complex, evolving environments, Erin is recognized for building world-class teams and leading transformation with empathy, clarity and purpose. She is committed to advancing innovation, elevating client service and strengthening organizational resilience.

Prior to joining HUB, Erin served as the leader of Willis Canada. Her corporate experience at RBC, Manulife and Bentall Kennedy, combined with her brokerage experience at Marsh and Aon, gives her extensive expertise in strategic growth, sales and excellence in client service delivery.

Erin is a past president of the Ontario chapter of RIMS and a former advisory board member of the Insurance Supper Club.
