Meet the Team: Meghan Callaghan

In 2026, Meghan was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In her most recent role as Executive Vice President, Commercial Lines, she developed a high‑performing team that supported clients in achieving their strategic objectives.

Since 2005, she has been providing risk and insurance solutions to clients and has built her career on developing programs for niche and hard‑to‑place sectors, including municipal risk, non‑profit organizations, transportation and property management with large and diverse asset portfolios. She has established strong relationships with Lloyd’s of London and domestic carriers, enabling her to design tailored products that meet her clients’ needs.

Meghan is deeply committed to demystifying insurance for Canadian organizations, empowering them to make informed decisions for their stakeholders. She has presented at numerous industry conferences, including the Society of Public Insurance Administrators of Ontario (SPIAO), the Canadian Public Procurement Council (CPCC), the Ontario Risk and Insurance Management Society, the Risk and Insurance Management Society Canada and the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO).
