Meet the Team: Susan Murphy

Appointed to her current role October 1, 2018, Susan ‘s focus is to provide Strategic leadership and direction to the Hub team with a focus on retaining and attracting Top talent, investing in segment specialization and offering a first-in-class client experience.

Prior to becoming President of Hub Ontario, Susan was President and CEO of Totten Insurance Group. She started her career in the life insurance industry with a focus on distribution, product development and strategic alliances. She has held executive leadership positions with CNA Canada, GCAN Insurance (an OTPP company) and RSA Canada before moving to the brokerage side with Hub in 2012.

Susan is a board member for the Worldwide Broker Network (WBN) and has written and contributed to many industry articles in national insurance publications.
